The Sororium Fellowship is our flagship credential. It marks a doctor or nurse as institutionally verified in the skills required to practice alongside clinical AI at the bedside.
The first Fellowship, opening in 2026, is in Critical Care. Specialty Fellowships in Radiology, Emergency Medicine, and Internal Medicine follow in subsequent years. The Fellowship runs in two parallel tracks, one for physicians and one for nurses, with shared institutional faculty and shared assessment standards.
Curriculum
The curriculum is organized around four domains.
Foundations.
The principles, vocabulary, and limits of clinical AI. Test characteristics. Discrimination versus calibration. Dataset shift. The peer reviewed evidence base.
Interpretation.
Reading algorithmic output while preserving clinical judgment. Recognizing when a model's training distribution diverges from the patient in front of you. Identifying artifact and drift at the bedside.
Trajectories and Intervention Timing.
Continuous organ trajectory monitoring. The MOISS framework for intervention timing windows. Six timing categories from PROPHYLACTIC to TOO_LATE. A correctly chosen drug can still arrive too late. The clinician learns to see this in real time.
Judgment and Practice.
Trust calibration when AI and clinical judgment disagree. Override documentation under Indian medico legal standards. Two tier alert triage. Escalation discipline. Simulation and graded assessment against real clinical scenarios.
Assessment
Three instruments, all delivered remotely. A written examination administered online under remote proctoring. A case based oral examination conducted over secure video with a faculty panel. An objective structured clinical examination delivered through a proctored simulation platform. Fellows are admitted to the institution on successful completion of all three.
Founding Cohort
Applications for the 2026 Founding Cohort open later this year. Registration of interest is available through the For Doctors and For Nurses pages.
